Oral presentation guideline
Presentation time is critical for every speakers. Each paper is allocated 15 minutes, including time for questions. We recommend that your presentation should take about 12 minutes for your work and leaving 3 minutes for questions and answers.
Our conference use English as a main language for communication. Please prepare your slides, scripts and materials in English.
Before your presentation session, please contact session chair to upload and check the completeness of your presentation file. This will help to prevent technical error during your presentation and keep conference schedule in time
Presentation equipment provided:
The presentation computer has ONLY a USB port. There is no CD-ROM or other disc drive. All presentation rooms will be equipped with a computer and a video projector. Each computer will have PowerPoint and Acrobat Reader software. There will be no other equipment available.
RI2C 2019 offer the presentation only in oral presentation format. In order to present your work at the RI2C 2019, your full manuscript must be reviewed by our international academic committee and international peer-reviewers. Once your manuscript get acceptance after review and the payment of registration fee, your presentation will be confirmed for presentation at RI2C 2019.
